France in particular has a special number - 114 rather than 112! Doh - who will remember that? But it does say for use by anyone, no pre-registration needed. Maybe some Euro members can fill in the gaps.

@De-Keyser Yes, wired charing is better but not comfortable when you have to unplug it every time at a gas station etc. That's why the holder 2.0 seems interesting, I will consider it.

Very good! In the UK, you can see which roads will get gritted, but not the amount: https://www.gov.uk/roads-council-will-grit Which then links off to each council when you enter a postcode. For example: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/gritting Not all councils have got their act together as well as Warwickshire, though.
