Today the A9 motorway that connects the south of France with Barcelona is closed for fires in south france , in fact does Google make a detour to get to Barcelona? Why doesn't MRA yet have the notice of closure of the motorway section?

Because nobody has updated Here Maps to indicate the road closure you pointed out.

They have updated maybe a few minutes ago, until recently I didn't report it
