I know I can silence / ignore a single discussion

Is there a way to silence / ignore a whole forum section / category?

I have no interest in Android Auto, it just seems to be a pain fest & would like to be able to ignore all the negativity associated with it

If such a feature does not exist would it be possible to enable such a feature?

I don’t think that’s possible. What I do with subjects that don’t interest me is simply don’t read them.
Yes and like you I’ve noticed that the subject AA gets a lot of attention.
