SLOW loading route

What's up with this;

"The route calculation seems to take very long. You can try resolving this by shortening your route or by adding a waypoint between your current waypoints."

My planned route is short with plenty of waypoints.

Routes made with OSM indeed show some issues. Hopefully resolved soon.

Same problem here, can’t load my routes. Not happy, wanted to go to Italy, but without functioning navigation…

Having the same problem. Planned routes are not opening the page stalls and keeps buffering then get a message can't calculate route. Very frustrating I have been months planning a 2000 mile 14 day trip now can't get at the routes. Tried downloading by Save As but no response either. Taking 10 guys on tour in a few days and no routes to share. Great

IK heb ook problemen om de routes te genereren, ik ben zelfs een heele route verloren, alle waypoints zijn weg .....

The issue is really only with OSM.
If you have a Gold / Navigation subscription, just use a different map (HERE / TomTom) for the time being.

We are working around the clock to resolve the issue.

@AWDC-LAO The same thing happened to me some time ago, I opened a ticket and the support guys recovered all the missing waypoints, but I've never used OSM but only HERE
