Problem with MRA under android

Since yesterday I meet the following problem.
MRA fix the map and if I restart my smartphone this problem still remain
I think that I use the last version of MRA and I don't understand why.
I hope your support.
After 2 years using is my first problem

The map you see immediately after opening the app, is NOT the HERE map, it's the OSM map, and is not available offline. I it does get cached in segments, but after a reboot (empty cache!) without internet connection it cannot load.
