Hoi allemaal
Om mijn Thork DMD2 T865X tablet nog beter te kunnen gebruiken heb ik een test gedaan met de Silverfox H1 remote controller.
Ik wil jullie meenemen in de opstartproblemen die ik heb ervaren maar ook in de oplossing.
Ik dacht plug and play Silverfox H1 monteren en installeren dat moet niet al te moeilijk zijn. Met enig technisch inzicht en een paar handige handjes was het monteren nog niet het grootste probleem. Maar toen kwam het. de H1 aangesloten met de meegeleverd M12 connector aan het harnas van de T865X.
De joystick werkte en ik kon het scherm in de diverse richtingen laten verspringen. De rest helaas niet.
Uiteindelijk via de website van Silverfox geweldige ondersteuning gekregen van Riku, waarvoor mijn dank.
Hij liet weten dat de H1 in MRA alleen gaat werken als je de bluetooth modus gebruikt. Daar waar Thork zegt dat de kabel connectie het beste is.
Dus gedaan wat Silverfox adviseerde en waarachtig het werkte. Tip: het systeem nadat je de bluetooth connectie in de tablet actief hebt gemaakt, uitzetten en opnieuw opstarten. Dan pas worden de veranderingen actief.
Vandaag een proefrit gedaan en in en uitzoomen, de kaart centreren, cameraview veranderen werkt allemaal.

To be able to use my Thork DMD2 T865X tablet even better, I did a test with the Silverfox H1 remote controller.
I want to take you through the start-up problems that I experienced, but also in the solution.
I thought plug and play Silverfox H1 mounting and installation should not be too difficult. With some technical insight and a few handy hands, mounting was not the biggest problem. But then it came. the H1 connected with the supplied M12 connector to the harness of the T865X.
The joystick worked and I could make the screen jump in the various directions. The rest unfortunately not.
Eventually I got great support from Riku via the Silverfox website, for which my thanks.
He said that the H1 will only work in MRA if you use the Bluetooth mode. Where Thork says that the cable connection is the best.
So I did what Silverfox advised and it really worked. Tip: turn off the system after you have activated the Bluetooth connection in the tablet and restart it. Only then will the changes become active.
Today I did a test drive and zooming in and out, centering the map, changing the camera view all works.
