It's similar to what described by @Peter-Zehentreiter
It's weird because if i want to ride and not use a route i should be able to see a road i am on at that moment.
All other maps choosen are working, with or without navigation started.
Not been able to upload screen recording here but i did upload on the dutch GS forum site.

@Con-Hennekens Sorry, I seem to have misunderstood that.
Of course, there's an internet connection via the provider's SIM card.

"No WiFi" means, that no company or third-party WiFi is used for the connection.

I am also having problems to upload a screenshot with my mobile….but with my Computer is easy to do.

@Adrian-Avram My route App reinstalled, i-Phone switsched off and on, My Route app new installed.

Here Maps is still showing a black screen when Here Maps is selected.
As soon as 3 D option is sected, Here map will be displayed.

When opening a route, Here map is working.

My friend has two i-Phone, one privat, one business, this is happening on both devices.

On my Pixel 9 phone, Here Maps will be displayed.
On my Motorola Edge 40, Here Maps will be displayed.
On my i Phone 7 plus, Here Maps will be displayed.

I have absolutly now idea why this happens on the app of my friend.

@Peter-Zehentreiter ok, i tested this and same is happening on my iphone 13 and on my Samsung S24 Ultra, but i just use the OSM map in 3D.
This doenst affect the usability of the application while navigating.
From my point of view, the main map that should be used are the Here offline maps already downloaded on the phone, not this layouts that require internet to be displayed.

Yes, I can reproduce this. I was thrown off by calling it the HERE map. It is just a visual overlay on the OSM map. But since no navigation is done in that part of the app, the difference is close to nothing .

@Adrian-Avram Hello Adrian, thank you for your efforts and thank you for confirming that the Here map isn't working for you either. Regarding navigation, I agree with you; there are no restrictions. I'm still surprised, though, because it works on all my devices.

This might be solved in the 4.3.9 update.
We've updated the engine used to render these maps. However, as I could not reproduce the issue, I cannot guarantee it
