OSM download with offroad pins goes fails

I have for my offroad trip to Morocco several routes with 'offroad pins' (for parts where MRA does not see a road).
Download in TT and HERE is fine, but a download of tracks with the OMS map fails.

I have to use OSM in Morocco, because the 'know roads' in TT en Here is very limited.

I have created a ticket #55052 in january but stil there is no fix. What are the normal timeline for bugs like these? (is there an SLA ;-))

(I can't create my routes on time for april)
