The navigation A to B is freezing on the iPhone

MyRoute-app v. 4.3.6-382; iPhone 11P iOS 18.3.1.
Last week I had a friend visiting me in upper NY, and we rode a lot using MyRoute-app from point A to B. Several times the navigation froze. The position marker was moving on the road with a blue line, as I would expect. After a while I have realized that the time and distances were not changing. In ex.: left top distance to next maneuver was showing the same distance, the time and distance to the destination were frozen as well. It was very confusing. After I stopped the navigation, and restarted to the destination point, (usually the favorite point,) all was fine.
That happened to me three or four times. Very confusing, and difficult to recover on the highway, requiring several presses and scrolls through the list of favorites.
Has anyone encounter this kind of issue?
