Route changes after start

Yesterday I chose a nice spot and entered it in the MRA-App. (V4.3.6 -382 on android)

I disabled Motorways and selected the second option for slightly curvy
I got a nice automatic route that I thought I would like.
The estimated time was about an hour. (58min)
So I pressed the yellow Arrow to go to the next screen.

Here was my first problem
The next screen changed the time of the route to almost two hours (1h52m).
This is very strange because I wanted a route of about an hour one-way.
Why is there so much difference between the 2 route times in the first and second screen?

My second problem was when I started the navigation.
In a few seconds (or sometimes after a few minutes) after starting the route, it changed automatically to a route with motorways.
This happened on the way back as well. As soon as I start the route I would like and start to navigate it forgets all my settings and changes to the quickest route. I ended up driving on the motorway.

Am I doing something wrong?
