No map

I start the android app. A map used to be shown around My location, but not anymore. Just a gray background.

I have restarted the app and the device, but no change.

Interestingly, if I search some city, the app will show the distance and route options as normal, but no map. However when I click the yellow Navigate button, the map appears showing different route options.

How do I solve this?
