Audio information for Waypoints
-
I have noticed a change to the announcements for waypoints. There is a setting in Voice for Waypoint notifications which can be set to All and now for each Waypoint (even if shaping point) it gives information for the upcoming Waypoint giving the entire audio information about the waypoint and then as the waypoint is reached that is announced as « reached Waypoint …. ». I think in the past, for each waypoint there was an announcement saying reached waypoint …. and only for Via points would there be the full location details plus any information added in Notes. Now with the Via option selected I do not get the announcement « reached waypoint …. », which is a pity for I find this reassuring when on the route. Maybe I am doing something wrong!

@cerfskysky-com I haven't noticed any differences yet. I'll keep an eye (or ear) on it!

I noticed similar problem here yesterday.
Please keep things separate, otherwise, discussions may overlap, which does not improve readability. This topic is solely about the alleged issue that pronouncing of shaping- and viapoints might be different from earlier builds!
