Music volume after camera warning

With the newest update I had an issue where after a camera warning my music wouldn't go back to full volume. I guess the app got stuck in lowering the Spotify volume for the warning.
Only happened once (passed multiple camera's) and fixed it by force closing the app and starting it again.
Phone: OnePlus 8T with Android version 13
App version 4.0.3 -
