Confusing yards with miles - Android Auto (AA)

A ‘friend’ (a pretty experienced Garmin user) gave the new app a try, comparing the route ridden on his Garmin, with that offered up by MyRoute Next, via Android Auto. Overall, it was a good experience for him, which is good news.
One glitch he did find was that MyRoute, when displayed on Android Auto, sometimes confused yards with miles, as this picture shows:

@Richard-18 this is fixed in the 4.0.1 update but as announced it is delayed due to an extensive review by Google
Rest assured, this issue is gone when the update is available!

As I said, outside of this one glitch, he was pleased with his test.
