How to get rid of Create Scinec Route window?

I never use the option Create Scinec Route. Therefore I like to suppress the anoying and large window that shows up averytime. How can I manage that this window is not visible by default? Thank you.

@dannygroeneveld I don't use most of the items on the homepage, except "Routes" and occasionaly "Tracklogs". As there is not really anything you can "do" on the homepage itself anyway (you need to press one of the buttons or use the "Create scenic roundtours" dialog), I don't mind what is on that page as I'm never on that page for more than a few seconds.
