Crashes, route disappears and logs out unexpectedly

Last week I was in France with MRA Mobile for a week and ran into the following problems:

The route disappears when I open another app on my phone. The track remains active.

If I want to load a new route, or if I want to reload the route after it disappeared, I have to log in again. I then delete the cache and usually I don't have to log in again.
The disappearance of my credentials was a persistent problem, which I have not experienced before. There may be a relationship with switching to online and offline. I tried to use only the offline maps, but had to switch back to online frequently. -
When I take photos from tracking I manage to add some photos, but at some point the app crashes. When I add the photos to tracking from the Gallery, it almost immediately crashes.
