Move speed info to Screen layout

I was missing the speed information from the navigation screen. It took me a while to figure out that the option was listed under Warnings. Seems to that having the option listed under Screen layout would make more sense.

I don’t think it really matters where the option is listed, its more about the functionality it provides, particularly for the UK, where the powers that be have been lowering speed limits all across the UK.
I’d rather have a warning (i.e. the Speedo going red if I exceed the limit) than a speeding ticket.
