Small symbols on CarPlay with high resolution

I note that the instruction bar on my car's CarPlay (high resolution) is very small, so the symbols (both) are also very small. Can this be checked? Thanks!
Using a DMD-T665 navigation phone on my motorcycle with a SilverFox controller.
