@Corjan-Meijerink I wonder if you have time to sleep. You are always on the top of the application development, answering our (sometimes stupid) questions almost immediately, and keep up with the whole forum. How are you doing it??? You've got to be very young.

This weekend was hardly any sleep with the MRA Navigation outage. Luckily I was able to rest a bit this week! Joost is a marvellous addition to the team so he did an incredible job (as always) with regards to CarPlay!Thanks for showing your appreciation! Am I young? Iβll leave that to you, Iβm 26

After the update last week for iOS only (https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/3568/minor-ios-only-beta-update) we now have another update for all platforms with version 3.2.11!
This update will be available before the weekend.General changes
The biggest change is something you won't notice at all. We have now added more detailed technical information to crash reports. This to solve two major issues over the coming weeks:
- Android crashes
- Battery usage in general of the app
Furthermore the same changes as published last week that are not specific to iOS are now also available to Android. These were:
- Translation improvements (thanks for the feedback)
- Track navigation validation check added back
- Circle around position indicator to improve visibility
- Fixed issue with closing navigation menu
- Changed max tilt / zoom of the navigation map
Besides that we've been working on general stability of the app
CarPlay changes
So what's the deal with this update? Mainly CarPlay!
- Improved positioning of location indicator on the screen
- CarPlay stability
- Use CarPlay without opening the app first
Especially this last change has been a quite complex one. The app can now be used in CarPlay entirely without first opening it on your phone. This is very convenient especially when using wireless CarPlay.
Future changes
Besides this we are mainly focussing on solving the battery usage & Android crashes. Furthermore we want to add more features to CarPlay, continue Android Auto development and continue implementing all your feedback. Enough to do

I am not seeing a circle on the position indicator.You donβt stop riding when you get old, you get old when you stop riding.

Just to add. I do not use carplay, I only use the mobile app so it maybe the case that only Car play has the circle?You donβt stop riding when you get old, you get old when you stop riding.

For Android go to the Play Store and you will see that it shows as an Update.
For iOS Open TestFlight and you will also see it showing an update. -

@Corjan-Meijerink I share 2 minute video capture. I start next, leave it in the background, and when I come back, it has restarted. If I leave all the time in the foreground, it takes longer to restart, but it also does it very often.

is it possible to make a "resume route" for the cases when the app crashes?
For now this is the only annoying thing left, when it crashes I have to browse again through all the routes, open it, then zoom in with both my indexes, because only those are touch enabled on my gloves, then try to click on the current waypoint with my huge gloves, to skip. All these while all the bikes are stopped on the right side of the road waiting for me to get it done

Otherwise we keep spending a lot of valuable time in creating solutions instead of tackling the root cause.
