Several toolkit-options in just one route

Hello,
I am planning a springtour to the French Alpes. I want to drive to Geneve as fast as possible by highway and then to Morzine (and so on) by curvy roads. So I wonder if you can use several toolkits in one route. Is there a special method to do it?
