clicking blue arrow icon doesn't seem to launch me into driving mode

hi folks,

i'm on app version 3.2.4 - 144

i can search for a destination and get a suggested route.

when i click on the "blue arrow icon" in the bottom right, i am expecting the screen to start showing my navigation directions (there should be a big banner at the top that tells me to drive some distance and that the next turn will be a right/left, etc). but it does not. there is no new navigation information that appears on my screen.

am i doing something wrong?
do i have the wrong app ?
(i just reinstalled from scratch the beta app and did read the popup warning that this is a beta app, etc, so I'm 99% sure that I am using the right app).

Disregard.

Even though I had JUST installed a brand new app, somehow there was yet another app update to install.

When I looked at the google play store listing for the MRA app, it alerted me to the fact that there was an app update for me to download install.

After installing, I now am able to start navigating a route.
