Next beta users can't use Here map?

Hi,
Using MRA beta when I open the app, it shows a map. This map is tagged as "maptiler" in lower left corner. If I wants to change it using top right icon, I can't use Here map, as I can do on Website.
This is with "flat icon" (I suppost this icon is for flat map)
And here with 3d map
Is normal? Perhaps planned for a oncomming beta release?
