Strange word in German voice command!

Hi,

a special question to the German tester with iPhone.
I have a strange voice command in the German version while navigating.
There is a word used I never heard before.

It says in German "Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf für Homograf start 4 Homograf end Kilometer" I have no idea what this means.

Or:

"Jetzt geradeaus weiterfahren. Nach Homograf start 2 Homograf end Kilometern auf die Autobahn auffahren."

Has anyone heard this?

I use an iPhone X with IOS 15.6.1

A question to Corjan, can I change the language e.g. to English to check this again.

@Jörgen We will investigate. It remains strange as HERE is German and these translations are not generated by us. So it really is an internal HERE issue.

You can change the app language to english but the voice commands will be spoken in the language of your phone. Configuring this is something we wish to add later. For now the only option would be to change your phone language to English

Therefore, my question to other German tester, if they have the same problem.
It seems not?
If Here is German, do they have a kind of support and could you forward the issue and sound files?
I will try to change the language and see what happens in English.

@Corjan-Meijerink For your information, I have changed my language in the iPhone to English and checked the voice commands. Everything ok and normal words are used. When I changed back to German I had the strange word „Homograph“ again.

Aber vielleicht hat das mit der Autobahn zu tun dazu habe ich keine Auffahrt getestet, da ich eigentlich nicht mit dem Motorrad auf die Autobahn fahre. VG Hubert

@Corjan-Meijerink Additional Information, I have used the Here WeGo App for navigation, I guess it uses the same engine (or how do you say) then MRA Next. And here the voice commands are ok, no problem.
Also CarPlay works fine and the voice commands do not stop the radio. Sound comes like an overlay, radio is reduce volume and comes back as normal.

Hi, I tested yesterday the latest Version 3.2.8 - 151 and I have still this strange Word in German (no change).

@Jörgen We also didn’t make any changes to this Must say I am still confused by the cause as HERE is German and we don’t alter the instructions they provide.

@Corjan-Meijerink for your information, with the latest version from yesterday there is no more Homograf word said during voice commands in German.

That "strange" word is linguistic jargon for two words that are written identical but with different meanings dependent on the way it is pronounced. It's a known word in Dutch too.

My guess is that it was a little bug in the speech synthesis software, and it was fixed by the developer of that module.
