Cant get 3.2.4 on Android

    For Android.
    I have the Entrance Ticket email, my email address is correct, but when I search or use the link it gives me MyRoute-App Mobile but it is 3.2.3 - 138 every time?

    Any ideas, I have been trying since Monday to get the 3.2.4 version.

    For iOS
    I have Navigation Next on my iPad Pro and on an old iPhone 6 Plus.
    My iPhone 6 had to download a older version of Test Flight.
    Opening a route to navigate crashes on the iPhone.
    My iPhone 6 is on iOS 12.5.6 but doesn’t want to allow any further updates.
    I guess I wont be able to test on iOS as I m reluctant to put a 12” iPad Pro on the Triumph.

      @Steve-Lynch If you were enrolled in the public beta, you should unsubscribe from that. If you're not sure what I mean with that, disregard my comment 😉

      Otherwise: time is your best friend. Android needs some time processing it. What might help is this:

      • Navigate to: Phone settings > Apps > Google Play Store
      • Force quit the app
      • Click: Storage
      • Click: empty cache

      Open the Play Store again and hope they refreshed your status.

        Thanks.
        I selected "Leave" for the Public Beta which was successful.
        Then went into the Settings/Apps for the play store.
        Forced Stop and then cleared the Storage Cache.

        It's still giving me 3.2.3!
        I guess I just need to wait a while?

          Same here. I even tried the route of force stop Google play store, clearing the cache but still stuck on 3.2.3. Confirmed as a beta tester in the store but no update

                @Corjan-Meijerink I've been waiting for 2 days now. I'm a beta tester, but I only get version 3.2.3 even after deleting the chash.

                  @Corjan-Meijerink correct! I could not get access to the beta either on day 1, that is, the play store did not provide me the beta version for dowbkoad. In the evening of day 1, I deleted the current app and wiped the cache data as Corjan suggested and reinstalled the current app. Upon waking up the next morning, I noticed the update being available.

                      There was a Public Beta of MyRoute App-Mobile 3.2.3 that had the Beta word in it.
                      See my screenshot above.
                      I was subscribed to that as a Beta Tester.
                      Apologies if I confused you.

                      I still am not seeing 3.2.4 I’ll leave overnight and try agai i the morning.
