Gloves and phones…
-
My zumo xt I can operate with gloves. My navigation app on my iPhone not. How do you do it? Just stop. Remove gloves and take care of bussiness?

There are gloves for sale with a special piece of leather on the fingertips that allows you to operate a smartphone.
For example, Held.
I've also read that riders sew a piece of ironyarn into the fingertips.
But I'm afraid that comes at the expense of waterproofing. -
@Arjan-de-Vries have a look for gloves that are touch-screen compatible such as the following.
These are just an example - I’ve not used them so not a recommendation is any way.

@Arjan-de-Vries, I've been riding a few years with old phones and had the same problem. I did this:

Works well, just make a small knot with the thread and try out the right position before you do stick the needle in it. Don't forget to take your glove off before you doA more elegant solution is this:

But the seem to be out of stock for 4 years allready...Most rugged phones nowadays have screens that can be operated with any glove though.

@Con-Hennekens Ah shit, I always forget to take my gloves off
