      For this kind of stuff:

that takes some time to resolve, it could be interesting to have such area for reporting bugs and maybe give some info what is going on

      🙂

I think there is an area like this:

        😊

@Jack-van-Tilburg I am obviously not very awake today (or ever 🙂 ).

So, as I can't find it out myself, how can I for instance find the ticket that you have introduced (and reported yourself on the forum) for this problem:

          796fc046-68b2-46af-b9f6-7eae4633cb87-image.png

The support section seems limited to general information, and for strictly personal problem reporting. No-one else can see what n individual user is reporting. Which is all fine but doesn't seem to offer an opportunity to share such info.

          🙂

As far as I'm concerned, that's an issue for MRA.
Multiple reports of the same defect could increase the urgency for repair.
I'm afraid people won't report if someone else has already made a report. And that doesn't really show the magnitude of the problem.

@Jack-van-Tilburg Finally, we found something on which we disagree, well at least to some extend 🙂 🙂

You are right, this is an MRA issue and the issue is that known bugs are not documetned for the users who may all loose time not understanding that they are confronted with an already known bug.

This is how it could be done:
                https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/18/rnrdm/enterprise-edition-bugs.html#GUID-D5A92887-FA90-4AB3-96EB-8512407B6583
                https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-11-21H2

Such an elaborated system may be overkill for a smaller organisation like MRA but maintaining total silence on the known bugs is also not the perfect way, hence my proposal to add it to the forum.

Its also not milited to the bug I mentioned, which was only brought forward as an example.

I'm sorry but we are not. 😁

My remark: "As far as I'm concerned, that's an issue for MRA" includes all possible options that MRA can apply to improve incident management.
But I don't think our fellow forum users are here waiting for a lesson IT Service Management.
