What is better: Sned your track to the zumo xt and in the zumo xt convert it to route or export to route and upload the route to the zumo.

        Hello Arjan,
That depends on your wishes, do you want to get a warning when you approach a pre-selected stop? Or do you want to drive and stop somewhere yourself.
In other words, a route contains formation and waypoints (hands), these waypoints are the points that are called by the Zumo. (maximum 28 otherwise your route will be divided by the zumo). The track has only the start and end point as a waypoint.

@Hans-van-de-Ven-MRA-Master So... I do not need via points. I stop when i need to. So the only advantage of 1.2 is the via points which will be vissible on the zumo xt?

I did that once and the via point was somewhat of the route (gasstation) but i did not need it so I skipped the via point and just road on the route which was vissible. The Zumo kept sendiing me back to the via point. I guess you need to go by this point?

Yes, a viapoint is an point that must be visit.
Tip: put always the points on the road
