Automatic setting for units

All the other navigation apps I have such as the TomTom Go app, Google maps and Apple Maps have a setting of “Automatic” so it shows the units (Miles/KM’s) applicable to the country you in. In MRA you have to select it manually. An “automatic” option shouldn’t be too much of an issue to add to a future up

In addition to that, it would be helpful, to have a single button, to save all the app-preferences. When switching to another phone, you could import the settings by click, instead of walk through all the various settings.
