Hello community members...

I am about to start a motorcycle tour in Alaska and am in Anchorage at the moment.

One of our group has an android phone and has downloaded MyRouteApp with the intention on using the routes through Navigation.

I have the phone here as he couldn't load the routes onto his device - I have..

My issue is his logon. I have his email address and his password but the system will not let me login.

We t used a password reset and he sent me his new password (which is the same as his old one) but I still cannot get into MyRouteApp and get the message "incorrect user data".

Anyone got any ideas?

Let your friend Send in a request to support. I suspect there are to many devices, including yours, in huis account

@Marinus-van-Deudekom you are correct in that we did log on ourselves (the other guide with me) to check that things worked then logged off again and tried to use the account he told us he had.

Not staying in the same hotel (or in our case an Airbnb) as the client is complicated as it osnan$40 US Uber ride there and back just to see him (Anchorage prices!) so a real pain.

I have his email address and we did request a password reset which went to his email and he then gave is his new password (but not physically being there when he did this means that I am trusting that he has given me the correct information.

Can I open a request on his behalf using his email address?

The problem is his password doesn't match so he cannot logon.

Even if I could open a request to have a new password sent to his email (so that there is no question of security) - so he can then send me the email he receives with the new password (which works)...

Omhabe created a support request using his email address - he will pass any updates to me so hopefully we will have a quick resolution.

Our trip starts on Tuesday morning (but we are 10 hours behind you here)..

Why not create your own account? If you like the app, that seems like the natural thing to do, doesn't it?

I have my own account!

It is for this other user but his email and password don't seem to work - perhaps he has already used the 14 day trial.

The problem is that I don't know!
