Driving Time issue?
-
Hi, I am not sure if this is an update issue, but I noticed a big difference in driving time between the planned route and the navigation route. It looks as if the breaks are not included in the calculation.
Planning :
And Navigation:
4:19 to 2:18

Navigation does not calculate breaks. Breaks are a typical planner thing.
Breaks have never been calculated in Navigation, so it is no update issue -
Ok, thanks. I did not notice before, because I don't use it very often.

You only see this when you export a route as a GPX 1.2 to your XT. Then the breaktime is added to the total length of the trip. In the app, I have never seen it before, but I will welcome it, when they change it in the app

@Lex.Kloet.RX, To be honest, I don't think that will happen. A Pause is something you can plan, but does not influence time to destination really, since you can choose the length of any pauses at the time of riding, and skip it as you like.

Con, in my XT, the break times are added to the end time. When I reach a break point, it deducts that time from the end time, until the next stop. Of course, this is just a guideline, and it will be different for someone taking over a route, but I always stick to my own schedule pretty closely. If I've allocated half an hour for a stop, it never becomes two hours
