Planning a Mountain Bike Route – Integrating “Off-Road (Straight Lines)” into “Sections”?

OpenStreetMap cannot navigate or plan some bike paths/hiking trails suitable for mountain biking.
Is it possible to integrate the “Off-Road (Straight Lines)” option into the newly introduced sections? This would allow users to plan a section that is not supported by OpenStreetMap and then complete the rest of the route using the routing engine as usual.
