Routenplaner on iPad

With me everything works without problems, planning as usual, zooming in or out with two finders, etc. Maybe you should restart, so turn off the iPad longer.
Mine is an iPad 9. Gen. with iOS 26.6.2 which I now drive to 26.7 update.

Even with iOS 26.7 everything is okay on my iPad, VG

I noted this behavior when using satellite layers. If I change to Michelin layer this issue disappears. But always appears with satellite layers

@lluis-arasanz very good hint, it is really dependent what map layer is in used.
Why is that, a question to the developer. -
Hi, the Routenplaner on iPad is very difficult to use. Moving the map and zooming the map is nearly not possible. Zooming only with the plus/minus Button. I tried with Safari and Chrome Browser and there is no difference. The map moves a little bit (sometimes) and then the complete screen moves, but not the map.
Google maps works as expected.
Any one with the same problem?
@Jörgen yes, same here. I go to layer and chose HERE move the map then go back to layer and chose Google maps. But if I select satellite it freezes.
Or like you said the screen moves not the map. I have an Amazon fire tablet and don't get that issue so guessing it's an iPad issue.

Already many months i have had same problem, all different maps freezing or whole screen is moving. Problem started slowly but now comes every single time when i try to create new route. Some times i have managed to create new route using Michelin map.
MRA settings are to use HERE map.
I have iPad pro 3rd gen and problem exists with several IOS up to present 27.0.1
At bonus most of 1.1 transfers to XT from my iPhone 16 ProMax 27.0.1 fails connection to Garmin app -

And my Garmin is updated+ Garmin Drive 4.29.29

I have the same problem too: if you select the Google map, everything freezes... things improve when switching to Michelin or OSM... sometimes, when scrolling across the map on the display, the zoom activates instead of the map moving...

@Aiello-antonino same here, zoom activates instead of map moving, its very annoying

Out of curiosity, I tried opening the planner from the NEXT app, and it seems there are no issues there... give it a try yourselves and let us know how it works for you...
