Update 5.2.1 - Android availability

Hi all!

There is some confusion about the Android update.
It is not yet available for Android because Google is slow.
Hopefully it will be available soon. Sorry the email got sent already!
We need just a little more patience from Android users.

@M.-Schrijver I used Apple products for 7 long years.

I don't regret switching to Android.

Waiting a little while for the update isn’t the end of the world.

However, I’ll disable automatic updates for MRA in the future, so I won’t end up being switched from a perfectly functioning version to a buggy one without even realizing it.

I’ll wait six weeks first and see if any bugs pop up in the forum!

Generally speaking, the current issues with versions 5.1 and 5.2 could—and should—have been noticed during beta testing.

Apparently, that wasn't the case.......
I can’t say why some people experienced crashes while others didn’t. (I didn’t have any problems up through version 5.0—the trouble only started with 5.1.)

All the new features implemented in 5.1 and 5.2 are nice, but I don’t really need them.

My focus is on navigation that works reliably.

I’ll of course install the update—which isn’t yet available for Android—as soon as it’s released, because the bugs from the previous version have supposedly been fixed. (Except for the problem with the map spinning when stationary.)

But as soon as I have a version that works....as I mentioned, I won’t accept all updates right away.
