Spoken streetnames

Is there a way to have the spoken navigation announcements omit the street names and only provide the turn instructions?

correct me if I'm wrong but I think in audio just turn on Speech instructions and switch of the route point announcements. (I've only the Dutch text which says "Spraakinstructies" and "Routepunt meldingen")

I have the same wish. Currently its all or nothing : "Turn left on road NN". It would good to have an option such that it only says "Turn left".
