Getting frequently "not respoding" message

    This weekend, I was using MyRoute-app for a bigger ride accord multiple days. While initially working without any problems, it started to make problems after a few hours. I was getting lots of "App is not responding" messages with "Wait?" oder "Terminate" as option.

    But: Despite this message being shown, MyRoute-app was working in background. I would see, that map is moving and audio turn-by-turn messages are playing.

    Clicking on "Wait?" makes the message disapear for a few seconds and it comes back. Thats make pretty MyRoute-App unusable for me 😞

    I tried already to delete cache and reinstall app. The only common I see, that this seems to happen in specific parts of the route. Using DMD T665 with newest firmware.

      When this happens, just terminate the app and start it again. The route will then continue where you left off

        Already tried, only helps sometimes. After continue, "not respoding" messages started again. Had that multiple times.

          After "not responding" won't help because something is wrong in that session. Terminating the proces should help. If not please save your logfiles en send them with a ticket to service. They can look in the system what's going on over there.
          Ofcourse you've already tried rebooting your phone. If not do so. Clearing the cach could also help. Something is preventing MRA to function normaly.

            Ofcourse you've already tried rebooting your phone. If not do so. Clearing the cach could also help. Something is preventing MRA to function normaly.

              the logs: go to your avatar in the app, scroll down and press long on the version number
