Trouble with Round trip sending me down gravel

Good morning, I recently put in an address I wanted to navigate to and I chose the round trip icon. I have dirt roads avoided. When it auto generates a route, it has all kinds of warnings on it saying "route violation". Why is it routing me down gravel when I have it avoided? See pics.

I'm experiencing the exact same problem... it happened in previous versions and it still happens in 5.1 if I try to create a circular route (while selecting "avoid dirt roads").
Despite the update to this feature in version 5.1, it still doesn't work as it should... it's disappointing.
