@Lenny-O I'm not a native English speaker, but I make the effort. What I don't make the effort for are messages in German, Dutch, etc. I just block them.

I use Google translate in Chrome and have no problem with the automatic translation to English.

tap your profile picture in the app;
Now scroll all the way down
and you’ll see the version number at the very bottom.
Now tap and hold the version number until you see a notification that a log file has been generated. This may take a moment!
Email it to yourself and save it on your computer so you can attach it to the ticket!

Wat lukt niet? Kun je geen log file krijgen? of kun je het niet naar je computer sturen of kun je het niet bij je ticket bijvoegen? Graag iets meer informatie!
