We are still also working on the Android Auto stability.
Obviously, it's also where to focus your energy.Android Auto needs to function better and we are working on that.
Some things are just hard to fix / reproduce given the wide range of devices (being both the Android phone and the Android Auto device).The list of MRA features on Android Auto is indeed rather limited but works extremely nice if you still have your phone somewhere. We do intend to expand the features directly on Android Auto.

Because they don't do multiple waypoint routes. It's that simple.
Not sure about Osmand though, but I am sure also Osmand has restrictions in it's aa/CP GUI. -

From my point of view, Sygic is the best when it comes to Android Auto or CarPlay.
In the last version they have added Routes support, i tried exporting a route from MRA and loading it in Sygic and it works without any issues.
It displays advences lane guidance and next 3 fueling stations (you can actually click on the AA screen on a POI or a gas station and add it as a waypoint!)
You can also report traffic problems, and traffic congestions are better displayed than the on Google Maps...
So this is just an example of how many things can be implemented on Android Auto/CarPlay ...
Lets not blame Google and Apple !
@Adrian-Avram, In your pictures I see a lot of functions missing... Zoom? Skipping waypoints? I will admit Sygic looks nice, but they have a hell of a large advantage to MRA development-time-wise...

They are there, if I press once on the screen the buttons appear (just like on MRA-Android), also it works super easy by pinching the screen in or out, switching from 2D to 3D with gliding 2 fingers, just like on the phone !
Skipping waypoints its easier (you also have the icon of the point you can skip and also receive a visual of the point and a red button to skipp it !

How about these functions ?
Zoom buttons and 2D/3D buttons ?
Traffic delay (information from Waze)
Add waypoint directly from Android Auto screen (Also has the address of the waypoint and gas price, in this case being a gas station !)
Waypoint skipping (removing waypoint)
So I would say there are many things that can be implemented on Android Auto/CarPlay, lets not put the blame on Google/Apple ....

Like Corjan said, limitations do not mean nothing is possible.
From my point of view, I hope the MRA interface will never get that cluttered.
I guess this thread will soon be closed too...I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!
