Saving Favorites in Offline Mode
-
As a frequent traveler planning routes across borders, I truly appreciate the offline mode—especially when passing through regions with costly or limited mobile data, like Switzerland.
However, one long-standing limitation really affects usability: favorites cannot be saved while offline. This can be frustrating when trying to bookmark spontaneous discoveries or key stops mid-route without an internet connection.
Suggested improvement: Enable users to queue favorite locations locally while offline and have them automatically sync when back online.I really hope this will become a feature in the future—it would be a big help for those of us planning offline and navigating data-sensitive areas.
Kind regards, Lisi

@Lisi-Mayr, this sounds not less than logical

Hi Lisi, sounds good to me, I would like the ability to search for a favourite while on a route as well and would like sub folders in favourites.
-
The theme Favorites will hopefully soon be improved by these shown functions.
Additional:
-
Include favorite in route planning with click, from the app / * Favorites list
-
See favorites on the way in a running route Click save without stopping route, so beautiful points are not forgotten
-
Favorites folders, subfolders
-
Favorite topics
Best regards

Hi Hubert, sounds good, do you know when the feature will appear?

@Lisi-Mayr I would also like to be able to view all the favorite points on the Routeplanner map, when creating a new route from the mobile app.
