What is wrong with V 4.3.7 (385)?

I have friends using V 4.3.7 (385) on Android with problems, there can not use MRA at the moment.

No maps are displayed, navigation seems to work.

Black, white empty screen, sometimes something.

Did you tried a reinstall of the app. Maybe this helps

I'm having the same problem, no map on the home screen or displaying a pixelated screen , I had several app crashes today while trying to navigate, I'm using a carpet iter tablet with android 13

As I mentioned on another report of this problem, I also have this no display of map problem. I came to MRA from Calimoto because of their shortsighted lack of usability with Android Auto, this being a huge growth area within motorcycle touring at the moment. I thought I was on a winner with MRA until the latest update when the map refused to show. I have lost count how many times I have reinstalled the app and redownloaded the offline maps, hoping that all of the sudden the map would magically reappear. The app now seems to disappear into the back ground if I start the navigation off as if I had started another app. Odd. Now I am using an S9 Edge Samsung phone which appears to be running Android 10 which is quite old but it was running fine until the update. I noticed on another topic where some one asked if they could go back to the previous software version and being told that is not possible, could I ask why. Here's hoping someone finds the answer or its Google maps for me.

It was reported in my Facebook group (see signature).

It seems only with Android Version 13 and most with Samsung phones.

@Jörgen my Samsung S20FE is running on version 13 no problems here
My Thork tablet is running 14 no problems there
