Issues with saving as PDF

Very recently I have found I can't save a route as a PDF which I use on my tank bag to see how far to the next planned fuel/toilet/coffee stop. Done this before with no issues but as of a couple of days ago it won't cooperate and just shows an error screen
I have tried creating a new route, using an older successful route, and get the same result.
Anyone else seeing this or just me?
Any thoughts on what has gone wrong?
