@Rob-Verhoeff well I have the option to select "te voet". It also indicates a pedestrian person.
I have 7 options to select.

@Marinus-van-Deudekom I see what you write but please be aware I have used this for many years already and it was with voice instruction.
If we visit an interested city we create a route for pedestrians and a line is made. So I do not understand what you mean it cannot. Have you tried before or is it what you experience now??

@Marinus-van-Deudekom Can you explain me what are: Devs??

We had the same problem some weeks ago in Camper mode. Then it was solved by @Corjan-Meijerink . Unfortunately for pedestrains mode it remains an error.

Sorry, I have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.
There was an issue for campers which was fixed.
But we never supported pedestrian navigation in this app.

@Robineke, to add to Corjan's reply:

              Not with turn-by-turn instructions anyway.

Yes you can select "by foot" indeed, but then you get a follow-the-line navigation on the OSM map, without voice instructions. I have walked using the app a lot, and it works just fine, but not in the "Navigation Next" module with the HERE map, and without instructions.

I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

@Robineke, walking with the app is still possible. Plan your route on OSM, choose "by foot". You cannot tap "Navigate" in the app, but you can open the route and press the compass. It will follow you and you can follow the line. Who needs instructions when walking?

@Con-Hennekens Instructions are very usefull, but that is personal. I am stil surprised the possibility is gone.
And moreover why have this way of navigation to select if it does not work.

@Robineke That's a fundamental difference between planning and navigation 😉
You can still plan hiking routes but our app just doesn't offer to navigate them as we believe that quality is suboptimal (read: terrible).

@Robineke, What was never there cannot be gone ;-). As mentioned before, the transport method "by foot" is still very useful for Follow-the-line routing, and for planning like Corjan said.
