OSM Toolkit: avoid Tool Roads not working?

Hello,
I'm testing MRA web planner and I've met a problem with a simple route: it seems to me that, in this specific case, with the OpenStreetMap map, the "avoid toll roads" setting is not working correctly.
The route should avoid the A5 highway because it is a toll road but as you can see from the image, MRA chose to follow that road. If I enable the "avoid highways" setting MRA will correctly follow the normal roads but I need NOT to avoid highways as there is a short piece of road (out of the image taken) which is a free highway which I need to follow.
I've checked on the OSM site that attribute of the A5 motorway and it's correctly labeled as a toll road.
What's wrong with MRA?

@Diego-Bertazzi, This is very strange... I tested OSM with another known toll road, the A10 in Austria. What I see happening is that OSM takes the toll road when "avoid toll roads" is on, but avoids it when "avoid toll roads" is off... HERE does this as intended.

With this info I started a new route, using OSM on car profile from Chivasso to Saint Vincent and it calculated nicely over the SS26 but after switching back and forth he toll roads, I could not get it back over the SS26. All new efforts fail...

Yes, to me the routing done with the OSM maps appear not very consistent.
As I'm new to MRA I'm using the free version (no other maps to compare), but I have to say that this is not a good welcome.

@Diego-Bertazzi, I doubt that this is an error on MRA side. I think route calculations are polled from the map providers their service. I made devs aware of this thread.
