Map display delayed (4.0.7 -239 / Android 12)

Since last update to 4.0.7 - 239, the position where you are, displayed on the map has been delayed. Even with 'legal' speeds, you are about 200 meters ahead of the displayed position on the map. (both with a preloaded route navigation as from A to B navigation)
U changed the settings from the map from 'detailed' to 'basic' view and there is an improvement. So it seems to be, for some reasons the app takes too many resources from the phone (DMD665).
It appeared when upgraded the MRA app to the latest Beta.

wrote on 27 Dec 2023, 00:42 last edited by@Raymond-Valk this is a known problem with the Here maps being worked on by Here. Some people have found that running a GPS program such as a speedo in the background vastly corrects the issue.

After switching off the Flitsmeister app I had te same behaviour

@Doug-Robinson I installed the Speedometer app and ran it in the background. Yesterday it worked flawless ... today it was delayed again, restarted the phone, ran the Speedometer app again and restarted the route, same issue.
I checked the speedometer app and it is accurate, Waze, Google maps, worked both fine and really accurate.
Any ideas?

@ValléeDesFées het probleem is voor veel mensen gelukkig al opgelost.
Enkele Android toestellen vertonen soms nog wel problemen.De oorzaak van het nu bekende probleem wordt door HERE opgelost en zou als het goed is gedurende Q1 2024 moeten worden opgelost. Ik zit dus ook geduldig en vol spanning te wachten op elke update van hun

Weet niet of je zelf over een toestel beschikt om deze big te simuleren. -

Mocht je eens langs willen komen, stuur gerust een berichtje.Wanneer we bericht hebben dat HERE verbeteringen heeft doorgevoerd kan je dit via de bestaande test methodes testen!
