You can configure (email) notifications from your forum account settings.
Where the notifications would work all the time, nobody would ever receive emails about any (configured) notifications.Head over to your settings to start receiving emails!

I had notifications configured, but never got mails.
But that changed today I got my first Digest today. It was in spam box, but marked it as "this is not spam", so should receive them as of now.Thanks!

Yep, today I got my first mail from the system.
