Turn Instructions
-
I just installed the 232 update and started a route and noticed that the GPS map is correct but the instructions in the corner are taken from driving on the left which I haven't noticed in previous versions, this may be a glitch and I will try it on an A to B later.

@Vince-Hyde The roundabout exit angle can indeed be incorrect for some roundabouts. Unfortunately it's not consistent and the root cause is with HERE.
They are working on fixing the issue

@Corjan-Meijerink It’s not so much the exit angle that is incorrect it’s the approach to the roundabout that comes from the wrong carriageway that needs fixing.

My god, this is simply dangerous and can lead to serious accidents.

It looks like it's applied continental/European routing to a UK route - i.e. it's forcing an anticlockwise rule to the roundabouts.

Certainly to a European riding/driving in the UK it would be dangerous, agreed. They would take it as a 'normal' direction.
To a UK resident? - just very weird.

I see that the routing on the map itself is okay. Is this a result of the version update?

@Con-Hennekens It's not solved on the latest build.
Here's a screenshot from yesterday's ride, using 4.0.6 - 232 on Android:
The direction is correct - first left at the roundabout - but not by going anti-clockwise!
It was noted on both Android and iOS (I can't guarantee the iOS version was on the latest beta too, but I believe it was - it's not my device), so it's the routing engine not the app, but I think that was probably already understood.
The roundabout is here in the UK:
GL54 5DT
We were heading south, to then turn east at the roundabout.I'm happy to share the route privately, if needed.

@richtea999, this defect is very (not) funny... Maybe due to the SDK update. Corjan will understand the priority for this I am sure.

@richtea999 @Con-Hennekens it's indeed an issue with HERE. I've pushed for a solution again today
