GPX import looses Waypoint names

When I enter a previously constructed GPX route into MRA it loses the waypoint names. The same file works correctly and carries the waypoint names across when imported into Basecamp and also inRoute and other planning tools.
The GPX file is created by others for a competition and needs to have the fuel stops inserted to suit my ride before I export it into my phone and Garmin GPS units.
I want to use MRA Nav on my phone and also a BMW Nav 6 or Zumo XT2 as backup nav.
