new user help required

hi all just handed the money over and I'm not impressed just hope I'm getting it wrong , takes forever to process the route and i cant find away of previewing the route , roads mways etc

@Peter-RT so many questions. Did you purchase a subscription to MRA planner or MRA next Navigation or both?
What do you mean by processing a route? Are importing a file or opening an existing route?
Are you using the website or MyRoute App?
When you open a route, the entire route should displayed and you can zoom in.
Have you looked at anyone the training videos or the manual for MRoute app?
