Offline maps not working on IOS?

Hi, my offline maps have stopped working, when i toggle to offline maps I get a pop up message saying 'cannot calculate route as offline maps are not available' & then asks me to go online, I've deleted & reinstalled app twice & updated the map area I'm in & have done the map update also, my phone is upto date, any ideas would be much appreciated .

@Ken-Cherry No, that is strange behaviour. Are you using the app online or are you on offline mode ?

@Ken-Cherry, there is no toggle for offline maps. There is a toggle for offline navigation. Of course for that to function you need to have downloaded offline maps first. If you delete and reinstall the app, the maps get deleted, so you will have to download them again.

@Ken-Cherry, there is no toggle for offline maps. There is a toggle for offline navigation. Of course for that to function you need to have downloaded offline maps first. If you delete and reinstall the app, the maps get deleted, so you will have to download them again.
@Con-Hennekens Yes sorry you're correct, I meant to say toggle for offline navigation, & yes I did reinstall maps so at moment I can only use the navigation app when the phone I use for navigation is tethered to my main phone so its constantly online.

@Ken-Cherry, Can you post a screenshot from the Offline maps, where we can see that maps are downloaded indeed? And one with the offline navigation toggle?
