offline behaviour issues

On my route , I ended up in an area without coverage.
I updated the maps before I left home in Holland , 3 days ago.

The app got in loopsz and I was unable to navigate,not in offline mode either.
When i had coverage, apperantly there were map updates? But even then it should continue to work.
